Personal Training Rates

  • (6) 30-Minute Sessions: $180.00 ($30/session)
  • (4) 1-Hour Sessions: $176.00 ($44/session)
  • (8) 1-Hour Sessions: $328.00 ($41/session)
  • (16) 1-Hour Sessions: $608.00 ($38/session)

Group Training Rates

We offer Group Training for up to 4 participants at $120 per person. Each package includes (4) 1-hour training sessions.

Introductory Sessions

  • Equipment Orientation • FREE (10-20 min)

Fitness staff will give you a guided tour of Fitness Center equipment.

  • ChallengeYOU: $99.00

    30-minute consultation plus (2) 30-minute training sessions. Consultation includes discussion of current fitness level, review of medical history, movement screen, goal setting and an InBody scan with data analysis.

  • ChallengeFIT: $125.00

Upgrade the YOU package for a better FIT for only $26! 30-minute consultation plus (2) 1-hour training session

  • InBody Scan: $15.00

Wondering where to start or want to compare results from a previous InBody data? The InBody scan provides an analysis of body composition, including weight, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass and BMI. *Approximately 15 minutes and conducted by a member of our personal training staff.

If you haven’t purchased a ChallengeYOU or ChallengeFIT package, your first training session will include:

    • A discussion of your current fitness level
    • Review of medical history
    • Movement screening
    • Goal setting
    • InBody scan with data analysis

  • Sign up at Challenge Fitness help desk. Once you select your option, a member of the Challenge Fitness Team will reach out within 5-7 business days to schedule. 
  • Packages expire 9 months from the date of purchase.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
  • Non-members must either sign up for membership or pay additional daily gym rate for each training session.
  • Payment is required before first appointment.
